Warcraft 3 has taken up much of the past 6 months of my life. several things in it such as develop custom maps, play custom maps, and recently I have started playing "ladder."

Ladder

Ladder is a term to describe the ranking system for the standard Warcraft 3 game. When you "ladder" you are playing on an online server (Battle.net) versus other real players. Wins and loses are tallied and you are ranked accordingly. Recently I have been lucky enough to win a few of these games, enough to reach a record of 27 Wins, 15 Losses. Which, that is not bad at all.

Custom Maps - Playing

There are numerous custom maps for Warcraft 3. Blizzard has provided a "World Editor" that allows anyone to make totally customizable maps for Warcraft 3. Some of my favorite maps include (Linked):
